My retail career began as a Sales Associate at Kohl's. I made a great impression on my store manager who then went to be a Store Manager for Michael's. She knew I would make a great impact as a leader, so she brought me onto a leadership role with her at Michael's at just 18 years old. I gained leadership and operations knowledge all around. I then went to be a facility manager at a sports complex in Tomball, Tx where I built great relationships with customers and really dived into what makes an exceptional customer experience. I returned to retail as a Manager at Macy's where I learned so much in the retail world being in what they call a "Big Box Store". Today I am a Store Manager at True Religion where I lead store operations, develop an amazing team, drive sales performance, lead the south central district for visual merchandising and absolutely love what I do!
