Once we've reviewed your application, someone from our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we will schedule a phone call to learn more about your background and experience. Don't worry, you will hear from us either way!
- Stage 2
Recruiter Phone Interview
You're moving forward — great news! This is a 30-minute phone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. It's a conversation where we'll share more about the role and True Religion, and learn about your background and what you're looking for. Come ready to chat, share your experience, and ask us questions.
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
You'll meet directly with the hiring manager for this role via video call. This is a deeper conversation about your experience, how you work, and how you'd approach the responsibilities of the position. Expect to share specific examples from your background — and come with questions for us too.
- Stage 4
Second Round Interviews
You're progressing to the next stage — congratulations! This round may include conversations with additional team members or cross-functional stakeholders. It's an opportunity for both sides to go deeper and make sure this is the right fit. We'll share details on format and who you'll be meeting with ahead of time.
- Stage 5
Final Interviews
Usually, the final steps in the process include 3-5 interviews with key team members, leaders, and cross-functional partners. These can be done in-person or virtually, and vary by position. This gives you a chance to learn even more about the role, while also sharing your expertise with others that you'd work closely with.
