Hiring Manager Interview

You'll meet directly with the Store Manager at the store. This is a conversation about your experience, how you work, and how you'd approach the responsibilities of the position. Come ready to share specific examples from your retail background — and bring your questions about the role and what success looks like in this position.

Stage 3

Second Round Interviews

This conversation is the District Manager. It's a chance to share your experience with the district leader and learn more about the team, the culture, and what it's like to work at a True Religion store within the district. Come ready to talk about how your experience and how you show up as a leader within a store. It's also a great opportunity to ask candid questions about day-to-day life in the role.
