I’ve spent my career in retail leadership because I genuinely enjoy developing people and building high-performing teams. I started in retail at a young age and worked my way into store management by focusing on operational excellence, customer experience, and taking ownership of my development.

Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to lead high-volume stores, navigate periods of rapid change, and build teams that consistently deliver results while creating a positive culture. What motivates me most is seeing people grow in their careers, celebrating wins together, and finding solutions that make both the business and the team stronger. Every day is different, and that’s one of the things I love most about retail.
